Priority One Flooring – Terms & Conditions
Please review the following Terms & Conditions, which govern all orders, shipments, returns, and product use from Priority One Flooring. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions in full.
Order Acceptance
While we strive to meet all requested delivery dates, orders are accepted subject to delays beyond our control, including strikes, supplier shortages, or unforeseen circumstances. Possession of our price list does not obligate Priority One Flooring to sell products to any party.
Pricing
Prices, terms, and conditions in effect at the time of shipment apply. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes
Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be shown as a separate line item. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) applies where required by law.
Freight & Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouse. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer.
Returned Goods
Returns require prior authorization and must be made within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our order desk to obtain a return number.
A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Products must be prepaid, in original packaging, in saleable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will not be accepted on custom orders, discontinued items, non-stock materials, or setting products.
Product Claims
Natural variations in size, color, and shading are inherent to ceramic and stone products. Priority One Flooring will not accept claims relating to these variations once installation has occurred.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting and approving all materials prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.
Claims for damaged material must be made prior to installation, and no claims will be accepted once products leave our warehouse.
Freight Claims
Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed directly with the freight carrier. All shortages must be reported within ten (10) days of receiving the shipment.
Priority One Flooring shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages under any circumstances.
Exclusion of Other Terms
These Terms & Conditions represent the sole agreement between Priority One Flooring and the buyer. No other conditions, whether written, expressed, or implied, shall be binding unless expressly approved in writing by Priority One Flooring.
Installation Standards
We recommend that all tile products and related materials be installed according to TTMAC standards to ensure performance, safety, and durability.
