What affects the cost of flooring installation?
Floor area is one part of the price. The flooring type, existing surface, removal, subfloor preparation, layout, stairs, access and finishing details also affect the scope. Share your photos and dimensions for a project-specific estimate.
Do I need to select my flooring or countertop first?
You can contact us while you are planning. Tell us the flooring or countertop material you are considering, the space involved and your preferred timing. Product specifications and dimensions help us confirm the installation scope before final pricing.
Do you work in condos and strata buildings?
Yes. We review building rules, work hours, elevator access, protection and any flooring or underlayment requirements with you before scheduling the installation.
Is subfloor preparation part of the installation?
We review the existing surface and identify the preparation needed for the selected flooring. Removal, grinding, patching, levelling and wet-area work are included where specified in the agreed scope.
Can you plan around a commercial operating schedule?
We review access, sequencing, work windows and any need for phased installation. The schedule depends on the work involved, site requirements and material cure times.
